Qualification for application

• Submits doctor’s infertility report requiring proper recommendation to solve the infertility problem
• Married couples with infertility problem; wife is below 44 y.o. at the time of filing
• At least one person must be a citizen of the Republic of Korea and both the husband and the wife must be enrolled in the National Health Insurance, with insurance premiums paid in full.
• Income requirement: 150% or less based on the average income of households throughout Korea
• Frequency: Up to 7 times for external fertilization (up to 3 times for artificial insemination)
