The Project is aimed at early discovery of diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, etc. for local residents; registration/management of patients; prevention/delay of the occurrence of death and severe complications arising from cardio-cerebrovascular disease; reduction of disease burden; and extension of people's life expectancy.
